Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 27, 2026

Company: Total Trenchless Supply (TTS)

Jurisdiction: Nationwide B2B Operations (Primary Logistics)

Governing Law: State Corporate Statutes / Federal Commercial Codes

1. Scope of B2B Commercial Operations & Equipment Procurement

Total Trenchless Supply provides professional, business-to-business (B2B) infrastructure procurement, industrial equipment rentals, proprietary technical training, and professional-grade specialized consumables.

  • Consumables Procurement: All purchase orders for CIPP liners, structural resins, mechanical chains, and chemical elements are final upon dispatch from our logistics hub. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that product specifications match local job site parameters. Resin chemical ratios and technical shelf-life tracking are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Industrial Equipment Rentals: Rentals of high-speed descale machines, professional jetters, and robotics are governed strictly by separate, notarized Commercial Rental Agreements. The lessee assumes absolute liability for the mechanical operation, safe storage, and maintenance of the equipment from the moment of dispatch until its physical return to TTS.
  • B2B Training & Business Guidance: Strategic business guidance, lead generation advice, operational best practices, and formal Pipe Liner Inversion (PLI) Certifications are informational and educational. TTS provides technical methodologies based on an "installers-for-installers" philosophy, but does not guarantee specific corporate profit metrics, target sales margins, or localized contractor project outcomes.

2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent

By submitting a commercial product order, registering for a PLI Certification course, or reaching out to our corporate desk at (888) 233-6793, you enter our professional distribution communications network and provide explicit consent to receive SMS notifications from Total Trenchless Supply for:

  • Logistics & Freight Tracking: Real-time freight updates, commercial carrier delivery confirmations, and hazardous material shipping alerts.
  • Rental Coordination: Reminders for equipment rental returns, mechanical certification status updates, and technical troubleshooting notices.
  • Educational Milestones: Scheduling confirmations for live training webinars, sales operations guidance, and digital delivery of certification credentials.
  • Opt-Out Control: You retain absolute authority to terminate commercial text alerts at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates apply.

3. Professional Compliance & Equipment Certifications

Purchasers and renters of TTS commercial machinery must verify that their operators hold active trade qualifications. Technical procedures—including CIPP liner inversion, complex curing methods, robotic reinstatements, and high-speed mechanical descaling—require specialized training. TTS disclaims liability for property damage, environmental spills, or structural system failures resulting from uncertified or negligent implementation of our equipment on a job site.

4. Shipping Logistics & Industrial Supply Chain Factors

While TTS prioritizes rapid fulfillment to support your business goals, we are legally exempt from commercial liability regarding operational downtime or project delays caused by:

  • Heavy global or domestic supply chain disruptions affecting specialized resins, mechanical components, or UV-curing hardware.
  • Commercial freight or customs delays impacting nationwide delivery timelines.
  • Force Majeure events disrupting specialized chemical compound manufacturing or transport safety.

5. Equipment Operation & Substrate Disclaimers

Our descaling machines, high-velocity jetters, and advanced robotic reinstatement tools are high-power industrial instruments. TTS is not liable for structural pipeline damage, line breach propagation, or host pipe structural collapse occurring during contractor field execution. It remains the contractor's responsibility to run a thorough pre-rehabilitation diagnostic evaluation prior to applying mechanical descaling friction or high-temperature steam/UV lines.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by commercial statutes, the cumulative liability of Total Trenchless Supply for any product defect, rental malfunction, or educational omission shall not exceed the actual aggregate financial sums paid by the business client for the specific product lot, training tier, or rental cycle in question. We assume no civil liability for auxiliary labor costs, commercial project penalty clauses, or secondary water damage arising from trenchless applications executed by independent contractors.
